You can book a tour directly on our website. Simply select your desired date on the tour page and fill out the booking form. After receiving your request, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. After booking confirmation, you will receive a deposit invoice for 20% of the tour price. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure.

German, Austrian, and Swiss citizens can enter Mongolia visa-free for up to 30 days. For longer stays or other nationalities, a visa is required and can be applied for at the Mongolian embassy.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance including overseas health coverage, trip cancellation insurance, and coverage for adventure activities (horse riding, trekking). Emergency evacuation coverage is particularly important.

The Mongolian climate can vary greatly even in summer: up to 30°C during the day, below 10°C at night. We recommend layered clothing, warm sleepwear, sturdy hiking boots, and sun protection. A detailed packing list will be sent after booking.

Our tours are suitable for people with normal everyday fitness. No prior riding experience is necessary for horse tours – our experienced guides accompany you step by step. For more demanding trekking tours, we recommend regular hiking as preparation.

For cancellations more than 60 days before departure, we refund the deposit in full. For cancellations 30–60 days before, we retain 50% of the tour price. For later cancellations, the full amount is due. Full cancellation terms can be found in our terms and conditions.
