What is included in the tour price – and what is extra?

One of the most common questions before booking: what does the tour price cover, and what needs budgeting separately? Here is a clear, complete overview.

Included in the tour price

Accommodation and catering

Motorcycle and technical support

Guides and team accompaniment

Transfers and entry fees

Not included in the tour price

Travel and insurance

Personal equipment

How to plan the total budget

As a guideline for personal on-the-ground expenses – excluding alcohol and cashmere shopping – 200–400 euros covers the full tour duration. Those who enjoy buying souvenirs or going out should budget 500–700 euros.

The larger items to book separately: flights (approx. 700–1,200 euros depending on season and booking window) and a comprehensive travel insurance with motorcycle cover and repatriation (important – do not cut costs here).

Transparency as standard

A good tour has no price surprises. The above is the standard: you know before booking what is included and what costs extra. Any questions this list does not answer, the tour team is happy to clarify before booking.
